The Simon A. McNeely Honor Award...

The Simon A. McNeely Honor Award...

Each year, the Society of State Directors of Health, Physical Education and Recreation bestows its highest award to a fellow Society member in recognition of outstanding leadership in the field of school health and physical education.

The Simon A. McNeely Honor Award is dedicated to the name and memory of our long time Executive Director and friend, Simon A. McNeely.  The life of Simon McNeely will forever stand as a beacon for those willing to commit themselves to national leadership.

There are many Society members who are deserving of this very special recognition.  Please take some time to seriously consider nominating a fellow Society member who you believe demonstrates the integrity, commitment and dedication to service to improve the health and well-being of our youth.
