The Children's Picture Book
Database at Miami University is a collection of over 3600 abstracts
of children's picture books in a computerized database. Books may be sorted
by over 850 keywords on a particular topic, concept, or skill. Health
education teachers can search the database by health topics, concepts,
and skills in order to create thematic, literature-based lessons for elementary
school children.
