Sponsor the 2023 Annual Fall Virtual Meeting (and Beyond)
November 6th and 7th (1:00 – 5:00 pm EDT)

The meeting is anticipated to involve at least 30 participants, including Society members who serve as leaders of health and physical education efforts at state education agencies.

Potential opportunities based on sponsorship level are

• Sponsors will be able to present up to five-minutes during the virtual meeting.
• Sponsors can present a five-minute info-promo as part of a professional development session within the next 12 months.
• Sponsors will be listed on the Society website as a sponsor, with a link to their organization’s website.
• Sponsors will receive an annual Associate Membership in the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education.

Gold - Fee: $600
Includes:

• One complimentary meeting registration (valued at $175 for non-members)
• Acknowledgement in visual materials, which includes the website for one-year
• Verbal recognition at the meeting
• Logo included in marketing for the meeting (Include a ppt. promotional slide)
• Opportunity to present up to a five-minute info-promo as part of one professional development session within the next 12 months
• Up to five-minute opportunity to address the entire group at the Fall Meeting

Silver - Fee: $450
Includes:

• One complimentary meeting registration (valued at $175 for non-members)
• Acknowledgement in visual materials, which includes the website for six months
• Verbal recognition at the meeting
• Logo included in marketing for the meeting (Include a ppt. promotional slide)
• Opportunity to present up to a 3-minute info-promo as part of one professional development session within the next 12 months

Bronze - Fee: $350
Includes:

• One complimentary meeting registration (valued at $175 for non-members)
• Acknowledgement in visual materials, which includes the website for three months
• Verbal recognition at the meeting
• Logo included in marketing for the meeting (Includes a ppt. promotional slide)
