The 2025 Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education (Society) Fall Meeting will be held on October 14 at the Sonesta Denver Downtown (Denver, Colorado).  As in the past, The Society will be joining together with the American School Health Association (ASHA) to unite school health professionals at the same location for a fun, collaborative and engaging professional learning experience. ASHA will host its conference on October 15-17 at the same location. We look forward to seeing you in Denver!

MEETING REGISTRATION

Society members can be a part of a fantastic day of in-person learning, resource sharing and peer interaction for the cost of $125. Non-members are welcome to participate for $225. These costs will include lunch and meeting materials. Registration is now open on the Society website. We encourage you to consider attending the ASHA conference afterwards. If interested, ASHA will extend a 10% discount rate on registration for Society members. This code is Society2025. Please do not share this with anyone other than Society members. TRAVEL

Attendees are encouraged to use Denver’s International Airport if traveling via air. Additional information can be accessed on its website regarding specific airlines, shuttles, rentals and more.

MEETING FORMAT

While the Society values each member, there will not be an opportunity in this year’s fall meeting to participate virtually. We regret this decision as some will not be able to join in-person. However, much of the day will be difficult in which to participate in a meaningful virtual manner. For members interested, we will provide a meeting summary and materials afterwards.
